TIIE MAUNGANUI Tho Royal Mail liner Maungnnui was to lcavo San Francisco yesterday for I apeete. Rarotonga, Wellington and Sydney. She is due at Wellington on August 21. TANKER SAGONA With a full cargo of bulk petrol for lltic Gilnioio Oil Company, the tanker basrono is scheduled to arrive from San Francisco next Tuesday. The cargo, will be unloaded at Auckland, Wellington and Australia. BREMEN'S FAST VOYAGE The North German Lloyd liner Bremen recently crossed the Atlantic from Ambrose lightship, off New York, to Cherbourg, in the fast time of 4 days 14 hours 43 minutes, at an average speed of 28.14 knots. MAMARI AND KIA ORA Tho Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Mama ri sailed from London on July 4 ar :« the Kia Ora from Liverpool on July M for New Zealand, via Australia. Both vessels are scheduled to load in New Zealand in September KARTIGI FOR AUCKLAND The Kartigi, en route from Editobure and Adelaide, is to leave Melbourne to-day for Auckland, Napier and Wellington. She is due at Auckland about August 10. PIAKO REPORTS The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Piako will arrive from New York and Gulf of Mexico ports at four o clock next Monday morning, according to her wireless advice. The vessel has cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne and Sydney. THE BRISBANE MARU The Japanese motor-ship Brisbane Maru is expected at Wellington from Japan, via Australia, this evening, and she is to sail for Auckland to-morrow. The vessel is due. at this port about Sunday and Bhe is to sail for Japan, via Australia, next Monday. THE PORT HOBART The Commonwealth and Dominion Lino motor-ship Port Hobart was to leave Timaru yesterday for Port Chalmers, Bluff. LytteL* ton and Wellincton to complete loading-. She is scheduled to clear Wellington for London. Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, via Dakar, on August 12. THE RANGITIKI The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-liner Rangitiki will complete loading at Central Wharf to-day. Passengers will embark this evening, and the vessel is scheduled to sail for London, via Panama, at daybreak to-morrow. THE PORT DUNEDIN The Commonwealth and Dominion Lino motor-ship Port Dunedin was to leave Plymouth for Auckland at midnight last night to continue loading. She is due tomorrow afternoon and will berth at Queen'fi Wharf. Next Monday the vessel is to proceed to Napier to complete her cargo. THE LINER TAINUI After discharging .and loading at Queen's Wharf, the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Tainui is to sail for Timaru, 'Lyttelton and Wellington at five o'clock this evening to continue loading.' From Wellington the vessel will return to Auckland on August 17 to complete her cargo. * MATAROA CLEARED BALBOA In continuation of her voyage from London to Wellington, the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Matnroa cleared Balboa last Saturday. The vessel has passengers and mail for New Zealand and cargo for discharge at Wellington and Auckland, fhe is due at Wellington on August 16. THE KARAMEA" To complete loading for England, the Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Karamea left Wellington for Auckland last evening. She is expected to arrive at daybreak tomorrow and will berth at Queen's Wharf. Next Tuesday the vessel is scheduled to sail for London, via Cape Horn . , NIAGARA FROM VANCOUVER The Royal Mail liner Niagara is due from Vancouver on Monday and she is scheduled to sail for Sydney at three o'clock the following afternoon. At Sydney the vessel will be withdrawn from commission for overhaul and refitting. She will be relieved by the Monowai, which will leave Sydney on August 17 and Auckland on August 22 for Vancouver. THE RARANGA The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Raranga is to leave Townaville to-day and Gladstone next Monday for Gisborne to commence loading for England. The vessel is due at Gisborne on August 13, but her other loading ports have not been announced. She is scheduled to leave New Zealand for London on September 2. RANGITANE ARRIVED After being delayed by boisterous westerly weather when she was nearing New Zealand, the New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-liner. Rangitane arrived from London last night. After medical inspection in the stream this morning the vessel will berth at Queen's Wharf to disembark 223 passengers and to unload mail and cargo. She will complete discharge at Wellington.
