ENJOYABLE DANCE
THE PROFESSIONS' QUEEN * _____ A dnnco in aid of tho professions' queen candidate in tho Prosperity Week campaign, Miss Fiona Mackenzie, was hold at Hotel Stonohurst last evening and was n particularly onjoynblo event. Mrs. E. Churton, tho hostess, received tho guests wearing a frock of vioux roso crinkled crcpo with shibuldor-capo to match. Assisting hor was Miss A. 0. Holt, who woro a frock of black georgotto. Dancing took placo in tho smoke lottngo and delightful music was provided by tho Hotel Stonohurst dance band lindur tho direction of Lalou Matl. Among those who were present were: —Mrs. 10. Neumegen, Mrs.v S. Lazarus, Mrs. W. S. Lnmbo, Mrs. F. Fitchett, Mrs. Milton, Mrs. J. Kalman, Mrs. Kenny, Mrs. G. Manson, Mrs. Lees, Mrs. M. Lightfoot, Mrs. B r "ce Midlane, Mrs. Wrigley, Mrs. T. Green, Misses Dinah Isaacs, Miss Alieo Lazarus, Miss Betty Pountney, Miss K. Nash, Miss Dorothy Oldershaw, Miss Margaret Rainger, Miss Joan Kent, M iss Biddy Mason, Miss Nancy Evans, Miss Joyco Neumegen, Miss Ida do Launay, Miss Pat Newton, Miss Phyllis Andrews, Miss Dunnecn, Misses Saunders (2). There woro between 90 and 100 dancers present.
