YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS .1' ollowing is a list of .yesterday's transactions on New Zealand Stock Exchanges. In the second column is given the return, based on the last annual dividend, from investment at tho quoted price. In calculating tho return on shares 1 in companies which pay their dividends outside New Zealand tho exchange rates have not been taken into consideration. The return on 4 per cent Government loans includes redemption. In tho caso of 3} per cent loans tho return is for interest alone, and covers only tho period for which tho loans are tax-free.
