LONDON, Jimo 16 Tho Berlin correspondent of the Times says Germany now intends to observe June 28, the anniversary of tho - signing of the Treaty of Versailles, as a day of mourning. The Government has ordered the Nazi flag everywhere to be flown at halfmast. Teachers are instructed to devote an hour to explaining what the treaty means to Germany.
