DANCING
The 193;} debutantes and tlioir escorts will bo tlio guests of the management at Dixieland Cabaret this evening. The Dixieland Dance Band will be 111 attendance, and an added attraction will be tlio presentation of banjo solos by a prominent Australian player. The third birthday of the Peter Pan Cabaret will be celebrated at the cabaret this evening. A feature of the entertainment will be the cutting of a huge birthday c;ake and the distribution of pieces to the guests. The annual hockey hall will be held at the cabaret 011 Wednesday evening. The fourth annual dance of the Auckland Musicians' Union will be hold in the Peter Pail Cabaret 011 Tuesday, .lime 27. Music \rtll be provided by members of Auckland's leading dance bands. The Akarana Yncht Club's weekly dance will be h&ld in the club house this evening.
