MILK PROSECUTION
"There is no suggestion of water having been added to the milk in this case," said a representative of the Health Department in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, when Lillian .McNair appeared on a charge of selling milk containing less than 3-J per tent milk fat. "The trouble in this eass was apparently caused by the milk not having been properly stirred. Defendant had only a small business, which has since been sold." A fine of £l, with costs, was imposed.
