INSURANCE CLAIM
[n\- TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON, Friday In connection with an insurance claim heard before tho Supremo Court at Westport on Tuesday the company concerned was the Commercial Union Assurance Company, Limited, which was incorrectly described in the telegraphed report as tho New Zealand Commercial Assurance Company.
