She in due at Auckland on July 5. MONTEREY LEAVES SYDNEY The Oceanic Ccmpar.y's liner Monterey cleared Sydney for Auckland, Suva. Pazo Pago, Honolulu, Los Angeles and San Francisco at 11.45 o'clock yesterday morning. The vessel is due at Auckland about seven o'clock on Saturday morning and 6he will resume her voyage at one o'clock the same afternoon. THE lONIC After being delayed at Napier since Saturday, owing to unfavourable weather, the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner lonic is v due at Wellington this morning. She is scheduled to clear Wellington for Southampton and London via Panama, at five o'clock next Monday evening.

THE MARAMA The Marama, en route from Sydney, left Wellington for Auckland at one o'clock yesterday afternoon. The vessel is bringing cargo from Wellington in place of the Kiwiteal She is due about seven o'clock tomorrow morning and will sail for Sydney at three o'clock to-morrow afternoon. THE CANADIAN CRUISER The Canadian National steamer Canadian Cruiser is due at Bluff from Halifax via Australia on June 6. After discharging and loading at Bluff, Duncdin, Tim.aru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland, the vessel is scheduled to clear Auckland for New York, Boston ani Montreal on June 17. CORN WALLS ALTERED ITINERARY An alteration has been mrde in the itinerary of the Federal Line steamer Cornwall: which was :o have completed loading at Auckland cn June 17. The vessel is now to leave Napier to-morrow for Opua, Auckland, Lyttelton. Wanganui and Wellington. She is scheduled to reach Auckland next Tuesday and to sail from Wellington for London, Avonmouth. Liverpool and Glasgow on June 20. The New Zealand Shipping Company nrs the local agents. NEW COASTAL VESSEL A 900-ton motor-vesiel is being built at Glasgow for the Canterbury Steam Shipping Company to replace the steamer Breeze, which was scrapped. about IS months ago after being badly damaged .when she grounded at Gore Bay in n fog. Scott and Sons are the builders of the new vessel, which will embody every modern appliance for the bundling und carriage of coastal cargo. Captain H. Monro, superintendent of the company, is supervising the construction of the vessel, and it is expected that 'she will be completed in time to arrive ir. New Zealand at the end o* this year. No name has yet bee n decided upon. At present the company has four vessels in its fleet, the steamers Calm, Storr.i and Gale, and the motor-vessel Foxton.
