MEMORY OF BENEFACTOR Under the will of Mrs. Louisa Mary Osborne, of Auckland, who died on April 27 last, the whole of her personal estate and property is left in trust to ■the Auckland Masonic Temple, Limited, to be applied for the benefit of its funds. The estate is valued for probate purposes at £'l4oo. The testatrix states that she made the bequest in remembrance of her friend and benefactor, th# late Air.
