BANKRUPT SHAREMILKER
OFFERS TO CREDITORS [from our own correspondent] TE AROHA, Tuesday A further meeting of creditors in the estate of Alfred Percy Ingley,* sharemilker, of Waharoa, was held to-day, Mr. W. L. Roberts,"the deputj'-olficial assignee, presiding. The meeting considered a cash offer of £SO made by bankrupt as his share in a mortgage. The creditors agreed to a further offer from bankrupt to raise the sum of about £7O in two weeks, and decided that if this was carried out no obstacles would be placed in the way of a discharge. If, however, the second offer did not eventuate, it was left in the handsiof the assignee to deal with the matter at his own discretion.
