H. Fleming; committee, Messrs. G. A. Hathaway, M. O. Kidd, F. J. Short, W. F. A. Baker and W. J. Scott. Members unanimously decided to support tho proposal to form a new centre comprising the clubs eligible to participate in the Francis Cup. ,
