McCartcn, scored an easy win in tho Doomben Cup, the chief event at the Doomben meeting; yesterday. The New Zealand horso Greenhorn ran miplaced. Pentheus is held on leaso from Mr. R. Walder by Mr. C. P. Brown, and showed a return to form recently when he won tho Roohdalo Milo at tho Moorefleld meeting on May 6. . Result:— DOOMBEN CUP, Of £1500; li miles PENTHEUS, C. P.
