SHEEP-STEALING CASE
SENTENCE ON FARMER [by telegraph —press association] NEW PLYMOUTH, Saturday Sentence was imposed by Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court to-day on Andrew Charles William Krause, farmer, of Kotare, who had been found guilty on five counts of stealing from neighbours 7-i sheep, valued, at £<3(3 t Accused was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and to pay £.BO costs, in default a further three months imprisonment.
