WAIKATO WINTER SHOW
OPENING TO-MORROW GREAT NUMBER OF EXHIBITS [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Sunday Tho Waikato Winter Show will be officially opened by Sir George Eowlds at 2 pan. on Tuesday. During the last week the show buildings have undergone a transformation. Tho outside front has been repainted and the interior has been attractively decorated. Animated scenes have characterised tho premises, where scores of men have been employed in preparing stands for the numerous exhibits. A group of graders from the Dairy Division lias been engaged in judging the butter and cheese. This work is completed and tho results will bo announced on Tuesday. Special train arrangements havo been made for tho benefit of country patrons and on Thursday there will bo a special train from Auckland. On that day tho Governor-General, Lord Blodisloe, will visit tho exhibition. Tho show promises to be a pronounced success. The entries are larger than over before and, as a varied and entertaining programmo has been arranged, tho fixture should prove very popular.
