DEFAULTING DEBTORS
RUSSIA HEADS THE LIST LONDON, April 20 Russia, with obligations totalling £150,000,000, heads the list of defaulters, according to the annual report of the Foreign Bondholders' Corporation. This shows the total defaults to be £350,000,000 spread over 120 loans.
