KING SOLOMON WASH-UP The wash-up at King Solomon Deep Lead Mine (Gore) for five working days last week was 560z. lldwt. REPORTS 'OF MANAGERS Golconda (Thames). During the week most of the work was confined to extending the drive on the hangmgwall dropper, to connect with the winze on the footwall dropper, and good progress ,has been made. Nice dabs and colours of gold have been seen in the dropper, but we have not } T et reached tho junction of the main reef. Dawn of Hope (Thames) .—Stoping on the dropper of the Golden Age reef is in progress. There are four leaders showing in tho stope, widths being from two to four inches. At each breaking down colours of gold are seen. Messrs. Robinson and Fraser, who are tributing on a block on the footwall side of the Golden Age reef, met with values on Thursday last, some of the stone secured being fairly rich.
