BIBLE CLASS CAMPS
GATHERING AT WHAKATANE [by telegraph—OWN* correspondent] \VHAKATANE, Tuesday There were 140 campers at the Easter camp of the Bay of Plenty district of the Presbyterian Bible Clas3 Union at the new camp site at Oiiopo Beach, ■"Whakatane. Delegates were present from Opotiki, Taneatua, Whakatane, Rangitaiki, Te Puke and Tauranga. girls occupied the new bungalows and the boys were accommodated in - tents. The Revs. H. D. McD;armid, Lilburn and Horwell, with Messrs. \V. J. Hurray, T. S. Steele, H. D. Patterson, G. Santon and G. B. Murray, were responsible for tlie arrangements. Mrs. Steele, of Opotiki, was camp mother. METHODISTS AT TE AROHA SOUTH AUCKLAND WOMEN [from our own correspondent] TE AROHA, Tuesday .The South Auckland Methodist Young Women's Bible Class Union held the Easter caiup at Te Aroha. There was a 'i attendance of 72. The visitors came from Hamilton, Taupiri, Rotorua, Putaruru, Waihi and Tauranga and spent a most enjoyable time. Time was spent in Bible study R ad discussions, while Monday was visitors' day. Miss M. H. Herbert was Camp mother*
