OVERTURES TO MOSCOW WISH TO CO-OPERATE LONDON, April 1G Under the presidency of Mr. Fenner Brock way, the conference of the Independent Labour Party at Derby, by a majority of four votes, resolved to approach tho Moscow Red Internationale to ascertain tho means whereby the party might co-operate and achieve a Socialist revolution. Opposing speakers pointed out that nothing but complete domination could he expected from Moscow. Moreover, in spite of the tremendous crises in Italy and Germany, the Communist Internationale had accomplished nothing.
