STRUCK BY TRAMCAR
MAN SERIOUSLY HURT Serious injuries, including a fracture of the right leg, were received by Mr. Walter Lloyd Weiss, aged 86, as a result of being struck by a tramcar in Wellesley Street East, near the Public Library, at 7.15 last evening. Mr. Weiss, who resides at 152 Vincent Street, City, was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St., John ambulance. His condition at a late hour was serious.
