BIG FRENCH DEFICIT LOTTERY FOR WAR VETERANS I PARIS,. April 14 The Chamber of Deputies sat till 5 a.m. yesterday. It passed the Budget, with a deficit of £-16,500,000, as compared with tho earlier deficit of £163,000,000. Provision was made for a lottery, whereby, it is hoped, ex-service-men's organisations will benefit to the extent of £4,000,000, as a solaco in yiew of their reduced pensions. ACCOUNTS OF ITALY ROME, April 14 Tho Itnl ian Budget presented in the Chamber of Deputies to-day forecasts a deficit of £-16.000,000.
