WOMEN'S AUXILIARY The 13th annual conference of the Christian "Women's Auxiliary of the Church of Christ was held on Saturday. The devotional section was conducted hy Mrs. Clarke, of Auckland, and Mrs. Gebbie, Auckland, welcomed the visitors from other areas. Delegates were present from Auckland (5 churches), Greymoutb, Gisborne, Christchnrch (2), Wellington (2), Oamaru, Wanganui, Dunedin (2), Nelson and Invercargill. The reports of the year's work showed considerable increase, several new auxiliaries having been formed. The Girls' Mission Circle was congratulated on special work for foreign missions. Jt was decided to support Mrs. Mansill, missionary in Rhodesia, dividing the funds of 1933 with home mission work, also that the mission band money on hand (about £10) should be devoted to helping Miss Hazel Mansill s school V °Mr. Crawford, president of the Church Conference, conveyed greetings and good wishes from the general conference. . . , Invercargill was again chosen as location of the New Zealand executive for 1934. Reports front the northern middle district and southern advisory boards were received and discussed.
