NURSE KERR'S RETRIAL
Tho third trial of Elspeth Kerr, the nurso who has been charged with administering the poison veronal to her eight-year-old foster-child, Betty Kerr, with intent to injure her and so as to endanger her life, will take place in the second week of the approaching criminal sessions. The sessions will commence on May 2, and Nurse Kerr's trial is expected to begin on May 8. At both tho previous trials tho juries disagreed.
