LOWER FREIGHT RATES CUT IN HARBOUR DUES (Received April 12, 6.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 12 The Premier of New South W ales, Mr. B. S. Stevens, in a speech at the official opening of the Royal Show to-day, announced that railway freights on wool and livestock will be reduced a further 10 per cent as from Julj 1. Harbour dues on all primary and secondary exports overseas are to be cut 20 per cent, and charges on the transport of stud stock are to bo ro dtaced 50 per cent.
