CHARGE OF PERJURY
THIRD REMAND GRANTED [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON. Wednesday A third remand was granted in the Hamilton Police Court to-day in tho case in which Samuel Hoskins, aged 21, a hairdresser, was charged with perjury. The caise was set down for May 10. It was stated that an important witness was in hospital.
