DISCOVERY AT CASTLE
Workmen who are restoring Dover Castle have discovered a Tudor .archway beneath which were two carved corbel stones of the typo used for supporting the end of a lowered drawbridge. It is believed that one time a drawbridge linked the main block of the castle with the chapel,
