NEW MANAWATU BRIDGE
COST OF OVER £30,000 [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] PALMERSTON NORTH, Wednesday Advico has been received by the Palmerston North City Council from the Main Highways Board that it approves the acceptance by the city and the Kairanga County .Council of a tender of £30,516 by the Fletcher Construction Company, for the erection of a new concrete bridge across the "Manawatu River at Palmerston North.
