KICKED BY HORSE
CHILD PLAYING IN PADDOCK FRONT TEETH KNOCKED OUT [by telegraph—own correspondent] TAUMARUNUI, Tuesday While playing in a paddock at Taringamotu last evening, the seven-year-old daughter of Mr. T. Shute received * severe kick on the face from a horse. The girl's front teeth were knocked out and the bottom jaw was injured. The girl was standing close behind the horse when the accident occurred and ! so escaped the full force of the kick.
