Monday As a result of a car plunging over a 30ft. bank on the Stonyhurst Road in North Canterbury, Shirley Jean Waller, aged three and a-half years, was fatally injured. Mr. E. C. Waller, with his wife and four children, were en route to Happy Valley to spend the week-end when the accident occurred. Mr. Waller suffered a fractured shoulder. Mrs. Waller and the other three children received cuts and bruises.
