EXTRACTS FROM THE HERALD IMPORTANT LAND SALE The following are extracts from the New Zealand Herald of January 31, 1883: The sale of a large block of land in the North Island, known as the Kingaroa .No. 2, between Taupo and the Waikato, has just been completed. The property consists of about 47,000 acres of good ing land, nearly one-third of which is level, and possesses a frontage of 15 miles to the Waikato River.
