GIRL INJURED ON FARM [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] PAHIATUA,'' Wednesday. ', A dog with a handkerchief tied round its neck brought aid to a girl, Miss Vida Foster, who fell and broke her leg-'while driving some cows on the farm of Mr. X D. Piper, of Makairo, yesterday. Miss Foster trod on a stone which roll&d and caused her to fall. She tied a handkerchief round the neck of a cattle, dog, and sent it to fer, employer's house. First aid was given, and the girl was taken later to hospital.
