BY-ELECTION TO-DAY A by-election will bo held to-day to fill the vacancy on tho Ellerslie Town Board caused by tho resignation of Mr. A. Millikcn, Tho candidates are:—Messrs. W. H. Ball, .7. D. Campbell, T. C. .Jacobsen, A. 11. Mc'lutyre and A. A. Pond. Tolling will be conducted in the Ellerslie Parish Hall, Robert Street,, fruni nine o'clock this morning tmt.l seven o'clqek in the evening.
