ELDERLY MAN ARRESTED COMMITTED TO ARMY HOME "This man lias been living in (lie scrub near tlio Western Springs pumping station since November 22." said Detect ivc-Scr-geant Kelly in the Police Court yesterday, when Richard Henry Carlqnist, aged 62, labourer, was charged with being an idle and disorderly person, with insufficient means of support. Mr. Kelly said accused had been living with a daughter, but had left her home. The case was adjourned for six months, accused being committed to the Salvation Army Hone.
