THE ALSATIAN
Sir, —In your issue of November 21 there is a letter on this subject. Any person having any knowledge of this bleed of dog will agree an injustice is being done to them. 1 have one aged sixteen months and have on no occasion found it to be vicious. T would like your correspondent to compare the Alsatian with the Pomeranian, (jive the " Pom" the size of an Alsatian and then lie would find a vicious dog. If " (lave Canem " has been reading the paper he would find that the last three or four cases of vicious dogs have been breeds other than Alsatian. I think tlio biggest trouble to overcome is to teach strangers not to force their attentions on to the Alsatian, which is well known as a one-man clog. Alsatianxst.
