MOTORIST CHARGED
INTOXICATION ALLEGED
An allegation that ho had been found in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor-car in Dominion Road on Saturday evening, was made against George Henry Mayn, aged 55, poultry farmer, in the Police Court yesterday. On the application of counsel for the defence, Mr. Hart, accused was remanded until Thursday. Bail of £SO was renewed by the magistrate, Mr. W. R. McKean.
