NEXT SUNDAY'S POLL NAZI LOSSES EXPECTED BERLIN, Oct. 30 The general feeling is that the twilight of Hitlerism has; arrived. The Nazis are expected to lose many seats at the general election next Sunday. It is believed that Herr von- Papen's plans to reform the constitution will include raising th, 3 voting age from 20 to 25, which will mean disfranchising about 6,000,0 CC people, and depriving extreme parties, the Hitlerites and the Communists, of their mainstay, the young voter.
