ARBITRATION COURT
CARRYING TRADE DISPUTE The question whether tie filing of a local dispute would supersede a Dominion award was referred to Mr. Justice Frazer, president of the Arbitration Court, in chambers yesterday. The point was raised in connection with the dispute between the Auckland Master Carriers and the Auckland Drivers' Union. Mr. Justice Frazer decided to hear legal argument on the question in Wellington on November 11.
