AMBULANCE TESTS
ONEHUNGA TEAM'S WIN The annual competitions for the Jordan Cup were held at the St. John Ambulance headquarters, Onehunga, on Thursday evening, nine teams of four bearers competing. The Onehunga C team was the winner, with 31 lj points out of a possible of 440. Onehunga B scored 303, and the National Eeserve team Dr. J. Roberton, Dr. C. J. A. Griffin and Dr. A. L. de Bern Noakes acted as judges. Their opinion was that the theory was very good and the practical work excellent. Mrs. Jordan, in the absence of Mr. W. J. Jordan, M.P. for the district, presented the cup to the winners. The competitions were held under the dix-ection of District Officer U. Hitchon, assisted by Corps Officers C. Lindesay, K. Crawford and G. Paterson.
