MORTGAGED HOMES
FORECLOSURE DEPRECATED BANKS TO GIVE RELIEF NEW YORK, Oct. 17 The United States Federal Home Loan Board has opened 12 regional banks with the announcement that, foreclosure on Sound home mortgages should cease. These banks, spread over the entire country, have a reservoir of 1,500,000,000 dollars for potential home-financing credit. Relief will thus be brought to thousands of harassed home-owners. Canada is considering similar legislation.
