SEPARATE CIRCUIT DESIRED [by TEr.EORAIMt—OWN CORRESPONDENT] DARGAVILLE. Thursday The quarterly meeting of the Ruawai area of the Northern Wairoa Methodist Circuit was hold at Naumai this week, the Rev E. P. Blamires presiding. Recommendations from the men's committee meeting held recently were adopted. They included the following:— "Thai, this area requests tho conference to make it a separate circuit; that the Rev. W. J. Court and Mrs. Court be invited to remain for a fourth year." A special quarterly meeting of the whole area has been called for Monday to ratify the recommendations. For many years the Ruawai area has been included in the Northern Wairoa Circuit, but owing to tho growth of the settlement in the southern portion of the, district during recent years it is considered by adherents in the Ruawai area that tho time has arrived when they aro able to govern their own affairs and become a separate circuit.
