PROPOSED LICENSING SYSTEM TIME FOR REPRESENTATIONS [r.v telegraph—press association] "WELLINGTOiV, Thursday At a meeting of tlie council of the Now Zealand Road Transport Alliance, draft regulations for the licensing of goods services under the Iransport Licensing Act were considered. It was decided that the Minister of Transport be requested to extend the time for making representations in order to permit due consideration being given to the proposals by interested parties. The council then waited on the Rt. Hon. J. 0. Coates, who replied that November 30 bad been fixed as the final date 011 which representations could be made.
