VIRGINIA TOURNAMENT SUCCESS OF MISS RIDLEY (Received October 16, 7.40 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 15 In a tennis tournament at White Sulphur Springs, Virginia, Miss Joan Bidlev defeated Miss Virginia Bice (Boston), 6-1-4, 6 —4, for the women's singles title. Paired with V. C. Hockmeyer (New York) Miss Bidley defeated Miss Bice and F. C. Baggs (New York), 6—4, 6—2, in the final of the mixed doubles.
