THEATRICAL MERGER
AUSTRALIAN ENTERPRISES CAPITAL OF £5.000,000 SYDNEY. Oct. 15 The amalgamation is announced of Greater Union Theatres, Limited, and Hoyts Theatres, Limited, as from January 1 next. Tho companies will operate as a single organisation, to be known as General Theatres Corporation of Australasia, Limited. The capital of the new concern will bo £5,000,000.
