DIVIDEND OF 1s DECLARED FIRST PAYMENT SINCE 1929 [BY TELEGRATH —PRESS ASSOCIATION - ] WELLINGTON, Saturday Tho Stock Exchange 1 Association has been advised by the Broken Hill Proprietary, Limited, that a half-yearly dividend of Is per shares payable in Australian currency lias been declared. The distribution will be made on November 16. The dividend is the first to be paid by the company since 1929, in which j*ear and in previous years 10 per cent, or 2s a share, was paid. Cheese: White, 655; coloured, 60s. The market is quiet and steady. New Zealand Producers' Co-operative Marketing Association, Limited.—Butter: New Zealand, finest, 110s to 112s; first, 101s; Danish, 118s. Cheese: White, 65s to 665; coloured, 59s to 60s. Deliveries, New Zealand, 937 tons; in store, 4458 tons, includes 128 tons on Rangitata. Australian: Salted, 97s to 100s, ex. 101s (102s to 105s). Deliveries, Australian, 1038 tons; in store, 1025 tons. Argentine: Unsalted, 88s to 925, ex. 94s (88s to 945). Danish: 99s f.0.b., 118s spot (103s, 118s to 120s). Dutch: Unsalted, 120s to 122s (120s to 1225). Esthonian: Salted, 945, ex. 96s (945). Latvian : Salted, 94s to 955, ex. 965. Siberian, 88s to 90s (88s to 90s). Ukranlan: 86s.
