GREYHOUND RACING
PERMISSION TO CONTINUE NEW SOUTH WALES DECISION (Received September 25, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY* Sept. 25 The New South Wales Government has given permission for greyhound racing to be continued, with night betting, until further notice. The ultimate fate of this sport has not been decided yet, but the temporary permission' is hedged with a proviso that ij may be withdrawn at any time.
The State's revenue from this source is £BO,OOO a year. _ £
