FALL FROM LADDER
SEAMAN FRACTURES RIBS A member of the crew of ~the scow, Ngahau, Mr. D?,vid Scott, aged 53, fractured several ribs late on Saturday nighti when he slipped from a ladder leading to the scow, which was raised on a slip at Freeman's Bay, and fell heavily between the vessel and the staging. He wa3 later conveyed to the Auckland Hospital by a St. John ambulance. His conditions is not serious.
