COMMEMORATION DAY
" Mercy Day " was held at St. Mary's Convent, Ponsonby, on Saturday, in commemoration of the feast of Our Lady of Mercy. All the representative sisters from city and suburban convents were present and were received by the Rev. Mother. There was also a good number of friends of the sisters who called to felicitate them on the day. Beautiful singing and music was held in the community room and afterwards tea was served. Benediction was held at the convent chapel at o o'clock*
