Iri tho absence of the president, Mrs. Vere Chitty, tho vice-president, Mrs. H. Douglas, presided. Among those present were Mrs. W. R. Wilson, of Auckland, tho Dominion Commissioner, Mrs. R. Coates, Auckland Provincial Commissioner, Mrs. S. H. Hardie, District Commissioner, and a good attendance of ladies from various parts of the divisional district.
A tributo to tho work of Mrs. H.
