The TaumarnnuipGolf Club's competition* have nearly all reached the final stage. The final of the junior club championship resulted in a win for K. Knapp, who- beat C. Rennie, 2 and 1.

The semi-finals of the men'fc senior club championship have been decided. C. A. Stevenson defeating L. Craig. 2 and 1. and R. W. Thoma3 defeating A. Sandel, 1 up. The final will be played nert week.

The final match in the captain's trophy competition was played between B. Monaster and C. Dorreen, Dorreeu. winning $ and 4.

In the semifinals of the ladies' senior club championship Miss McCormick beat Miaa McPherson, 2 up, and Mrs. Thomas beat Mrs. Richter, 5 and 3. _ %js. The semi-finali3ts in the ladies'_ junior championship are Mrs. Wilks and Mies Corlett and Mr 3. Pulkam and Miss Buchanan.

The Te Kuiti Golf Club closed its seewc to-day, there being a. large attendance of members and visitors from other clubs. The president, :Mr. C. H.
