During the latter part of the journey the nir liner was escorted by 15 Danish naval military aircraft. The Prince was the first to leave the machine "and immediately was greeted by the Crown Prince Frederick and other iti embers of the Danish Royal Family. Many distinguished figures in Danish public lifo, also the British Minister, Sir Thomas Hohler, and other officials wore present. . His Royal Highness received also a most enthusiastic greeting from a crowd of many thousands of people assembled at the Kastrup aerodrome. The weather had somewhat delayed the Prince's arrival. After leaving Croydon this morning a strong head wind, reaching galo force, had been encountered over the Channel and this made the journey longer than was expected. The air liner landed at Amsterdam where the Prince had a light luncheon before the journey was continued to Hamburg.

This was the . first occasion on which His Royal Highness had set foot on German soil since the war. Most of the members of the British colony were among the great crowd assembled at the Hamburg aerodrome to greet him. After a halt of 40 minutes the giant aeroplano set off on the last stago of the flight. His Royal Highness is expected to remain at. Copenhagen about a week. He will pay a private visit to .the King and Queen of Denmark. When he opens the British Exhibition on Saturd&y he will ba accompanied by the Crown Prince of Denmark.

At the end of this month the Prince of Wales will pay his first visit 'to Stockholm. There ho will be the guest of the King -and Queen of Sweden.
