British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 19 The Prime Minister, who is staying at Chequers pending the wedding to-morrow of his daughter, Dr. Joan MacDonakl, to Dr. Alistair Mackinnon, paid a visit to London to day. He had an interview with the Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, prior to the battel's departure for Geneva.
